Turquoise is probably my favorite color to wear, judging from the sheer volume of it in my closet. From shirts to pants to skirts to jewelry to shoes (Oh wait, I don't have turquoise shoes. Darn it.). Although I'm interested to try these on to see if they fit well, since many of Crocs' closed toe/heel shoes don't fit me right (size 9 too small and size 10 too big). If I'm lucky, these will fit in a size ten and they will go on sale for half price so I can buy the turquoise and the bronze and have new Crocs for fall (if it ever arrives). One can wish, right?
Jax owns this romper in a three month size, and he grew out of it too soon for my liking. It was one of my favorite things to mix and match with. So when I saw it at a yard sale in six month size, for fifty cents, I snatched it up. It barely fits, but I can still get it on him - he will wear until I can't!
This skirt is a favorite too. I found it at consignment a few years ago, in three colors, and bought all three. I've worn the tan one here, and the black one here.
For shoes, it was a toss up between my favorite silver flats and my favorite turquoise and green flip flops (no, these don't count as turquoise shoes since they are multi-colored. And are flip flops). The flip flops won due to the forecasted high for the day still hitting three digits.
And Jax of course, is always a favorite. The facial expressions he's making these days are downright hilarious too. Today we captured the lower lip bite expression and the pursed lips pensive gaze expression. The wrinkly nose is my favorite, but that one you really have to see in action to appreciate.
