Actually this morning, it was somewhat cooler. The sun didn't emerge until nine thirty this morning, and before that, it was beautifully pleasant outside, with a mild, cooler fall breeze. Not cold. Cool. Ish. But I really shouldn't complain since the bitter cold of winter is my least favorite time of year. I love fall. But winter follows too closely on its heels.
Jax and I are taking a nearly three-week trip to somewhere cooler. We will be visiting friends, and supporting a pregnant friend who has been put on bed rest. Which reminds me. It's always more exciting to clean and organize someone else's home than your own! So that's where we will be when you don't find us here for the next three weeks, ish. Cooking and cleaning and laundering at a dear friends' home, so her baby can continue to grow safely inside her.
Of course while we are gone, Jax and I will still match every day. I have all our outfits laid out, coordinated and organized by day. But I don't plan to take outfit photos while we're there.
I have a few scheduled posts ready to go up over the next couple weeks, and I might blog from the road, just because I miss it. But I'm not holding myself to anything. Hopefully when we return, fall will be here for sure.
