Fists are Yummy

34

My family has this joke about wouldn't it be nice if we had pacifiers for adults.  You know, when an adult is being particularly fussy or cranky, you could just pop a pacifier or a thumb or a fist in their mouth, and they would be quiet and calm down to a peaceful state.  Unfortunately, we grow out of such things.  Or perhaps, our pacifiers change form.  We still have needs, and we still want the pacy, and when we don't get it, we get cranky.  One more reason why we need each other.  To help soothe the adult heart-aches that a little chunk of plastic can't fill.

Jax has always refused to take a pacifier.  He hasn't discovered a particular finger, but is fond of chomping on any part of his fist or finger combinations he manages to shove in his mouth at any given time.

Also, I will put socks on him later, but I just love his toes so much, I wanted to be sure they get into some of our photos every so often.

I realized that I apparently have a thing for navy and orange.
Here and Here and Here and Here

Also, my belt was giving me a wedgie so I stabbed another hole in it.  Folks, don't be afraid to tell your belts who's boss.
